There are cellulite creams that can show some results when you are using them.  However, when you stop using them your cellulite will return.  As with any product there is good and bad, do your research on the creams before choosing one to try.  Using a reputable cellulite cream you can expect to see results within 20-30 days time.

Some believe cellulite can be diminished through diet.   Since diet plays a large part in our overall well being, it stands to reason it would be effective against fighting cellulite as well.   With any healthy eating plan, eat balanced, healthy meals frequently.  Eating ‘anti-cellulite’ foods at every meal is a must.  These foods, such a lean meats, nuts, berries and loads of water to flush the system have been shown to be effective over time in the fight against cellulite.

A deep tissue massage also gets the blood pumping and flowing in the areas which the massage is utilized.  Continuing the massage treatments over several weeks should produce visible results.

Body wraps for the treatment of cellulite have become quite popular.  These are commonly seaweed wraps along with a cellulite lotion.  Wash and dry your skin in the area you are to apply the wrap, then apply your cream followed by the wrap making sure to wrap it tightly around the area being treated.  Relax for approximately one hour and remove the wrap, and rinse or wash the area.  You may then apply a normal moisturizer on the area. 

As you can see, there is no one specific remedy for cellulite removal or treatment, rather, they work in conjunction with one another to fight cellulite and shrink the cells that are holding the fat.  Keep at it and you will see visible results in just a few short weeks.
