A very interesting and informative read, Sourav. I have always enjoyed using dandelion greens in salads, and, as a kid growing up on the farm, I remember helping my aunts make dandelion wine by the gallons. When I lived far out in the countryside, I enjoyed harvesting wild dandelions, but here in the city I am leery of harvesting them because of all the pesticides used on lawns, in parks, in gardens, etc.

Very well presented and researched article.Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
